General CDESK information
There are available destination in CDESK where you can discover useful information about current progress and state of requests.
Initial overview is optional first page after logging into the CDESK with regular account. It contains of the list of currently ending or recently missed deadlines of CDESK requests with illustrative statistics graph of working on requests. On the top, there is a noticeboard with latest posts. More information about Initial overview and Noticeboard can be found in article Initial overview.
This initial overview is available to Operators and Customer’s accounts under the Maintainer’s settings. Maintainer can also switch between maintainer’s and operator’s overview in the left top corner.
To plan precisely, it’s important for managers to have information about meeting the request deadlines by specific operators. That’s why the CDESK offers an option to view the statistics of requests which have exceeded the time of completion for each operator. In CDESK -> Administration -> Requests, using the upper filter you can display the requests after the deadline. Current filtered listing can be exported to .xls file as it’s shown on following pictures.
Current status of requests displayed after your filter criteria is applied can be found in CDESK -> Administration -> Requests where you can use the top filter first and subsequently, this listing can be exported into the .xls file as it’s displayed on following picture. This report is used for presenting the currently opened requests within the selected period to customer.
