Specific SLA for customers

There is a possibility to set different SLA combinations for each customer. To set up a customer-specific SLA settings, open the customer details page in Admin zone -> Main menu -> Global settings -> choose customer -> SLA.

SLA settings page simmilar to the Default SLA page will appear. If you want to change anything, click the drop down list an choose Use own settings. It is possible to set any combination of SLA settings for the customer. These settings will apply only to the chosen customer, others will remain unaffected.
