Acceptance with rating
After switching the request’s status to Completed, notification e-mail about completing the request will be generated and sent to creator and customer. There are two links in this e-mail and customer can use them for accepting or refusing the completion of request and depending on satisfaction with solution, he can leave a rating with comment. To accept the completion of request, just use the link in e-mail – Accept completion and rate the operator. You will be redirected to request acceptance form. Customer with regular account in CDESK has option to accept request completion with logging into the CDESK, filling the form and clicking on Accept with login button, enters username and password and confirms by clicking on Login button. Otherwise just click the button Accept without logging into CM. Solver and customer will receive notification e-mail about accepting the completion of request.
After clicking on link in e-mail, you will be redirected to following web form, where you can leave a comment, accept and rate your satisfaction with performed actions. Confirm by clicking on button of your choice – depends if you want to log into CDESK or you just want to accept the solutoin and quit. Customer without regular account in CDESK must fill the acceptation form and click on Accept without login into CM button.
After acceptance of completion, all interested parties will receive notification e-mail about this action containing comment and rating.
