View records of a customer

You can view history of changes, all requests and periodical tasks related to a chosen customer by navigating to Admin zone -> Main menu -> Customers - settings -> choose a customer -> tab Records of the customer.

Use filter to choose history, requests or periodical tasks and click the Show button to update the list. When you select history, use can use additional fields to filter history entries.
