You can find here basic information about adding new customers and creating new contacts and assigning them to customers.
Add new customer account - You can create new customer account either by using standart wizard or by using quick formular option.
Add new contact - Each contact can be assigned to customer account. You can create multiple contacts for each customer and decide, which one will be main contact.
Set places, devices and consumables - Set additional information about the newly created customer.
Assign operator to customer accont - Assign operator to customer account
View Records of the customer - view the history of changes, all requests and periodical tasks related to a chosen customer
