The Documentation section serves as an online manual. CDESK users can find here detailed instructions on how to use the software and answers to their questions. If you are considering CDESK deployment, you can find here a comprehensive overview of the tools and their functions.

Information is divided by modules. Module is a collection of functions that address a single topic – Customers, Requests, etc. For larger modules, the information is divided into chapters.

The “Features Overview” pages provide a summary of the most important features and benefits of the module.

 

How to find the information you are looking for

Orientation in the documentation is facilitated by the menu, which is divided into units according to the modules and features in CDESK. The menu items are further divided into smaller units for better clarity, based on the actions performed in the module. Simple, fast, clear.
