• Requests
  • Automatic change of request status to “Completed” after “x” days in “Waiting for Customer” status.
  • Option to allow/block the sending of attachments in emails, configurable for each company separately.
  • Option to insert custom fields into recurring requests.
  • Filter in the request list by the email address of the message from which the request was created.
  • Add columns in the export of request templates.
• Work Orders
  • Addition of a new role “Assignee Group” in notifications for work orders.
  • Cleaning older custom fields in the request template for launching and closing work orders.
• Fulfillments
  • New view of quota usage in fulfillment.
  • When issuing material (not only in fulfillment), the option to select multiple stock items at once.
• Offers
  • When inserting items into the offer, the option to select multiple stock cards at once.
• Approvals
  • Added free approval rule for orders, marked in the order list ^TOP
• Omnichannel VOIP
  • Extended call report based on content – request tags.
• Directory
  • Add “Note” to the contact as a column in the contact list.
• Calendar
  • Option to add a request from the catalog via the calendar.
• Connectors – Integration with Money S4/S5
  • Extended integration with the Money system with the function of linking related stock cards.
