Statistics

CDESK offers the viewing of statistics for selected period with option of exporting it into .XLS format. In Maintainer’s Global settings, each statistics can be set accessible by Customer’s accounts and Operators with lower privileges. All statistics contain an option to be exported into .xls file for keeping the evidence and further use.

 

Statistics of customer’s requests – sums of entered and completed requests

This statistics provides you with information about numbers of entered requests, requests with accepted completion and requests completed within the deadline. If you don’t choose the specific customer in the filter, all your customer request statistics will be listed with pie chart graph at the bottom

Statistics of operator’s requests – all requests, their completion within or after the deadline, average duration of request’s solution

There are three types of information listed in this statistics within the selected period – “Number of requests in period”, “Completed requests on schedule for period” and “Number of days of completing the requests in period”. These three view provide an overview of numbers of requests by specific operators, their statistics of meeting the deadlines and duration of fulfilling the requests with summary.

Statistics of request depositors – which operator / customer’s account has entered the requests

Listing of entered requests by particular users. It shows the number of requests which have been accepted as completed and the difference between these two numbers. Pie chart graph is also available at the bottom of listing.

Statistics of requests type – statistics based on “Type of request” categorization

Discover how many requests of specific type has been entered in the selected period. Listing shows the chosen (or all) customers with numbers of entered requests in columns – each for one of your set request types (e.g. New equipment, Reclamation, Regular task, Service etc.)

Statistics of entered and (accepted) completed requests – complex output reflecting the request’s categorization of entered and completed requests

There are two listing of requests – “Entered requests in selected period” and “Accepted completed requests in selected period”. Both of the shows the numbers of requests and invoicing hours by specific request type in each line. Under the both of them there are pie chart graphs of entered / accepted completed requests and statistics of invoice hours.

Statistics of current request’s status – numbers of requests with specific statuses

Overview of all requests related to specific customer in each line (or selected in filter) by the statuses and number of requests with this status (Received, Ordered, Deferred, Completed etc.) within the selected period. There is also the pie chart graph at the bottom

Monthly service statistics – overview of requests progress for the recent time period

This listing contains of four statistics information – Entered and opened requests in selected period, Requests with accepted completion by completion in number of weeks after deadline, Complaints and reclamations from accepted completed requests in selected period. Last Listing in this statistics is the Requests by months – received, opened from past, completed etc.
