Allowing users to access reports

Creating various types of reports and statistics available for specific customer’s accounts and operators with lower privileges can be set under maintainer’s account in Admin zone -> Main menu -> Global settings -> tab Reports and statistics. Mark the relevant checkboxes in columns (Customer’s account, Operator Helpdesk regular, Operator helpdesk specialist) and rows – specific types of reports and requests.

Click the Save button to confirm changes.
