Receiving disabled

This case describes a method of receiving e-mails into CDESK, when entering the requests and discussion posts to CDESK is switched off. Enabling or disabling this feature can be done in settings of each customer, in Admin zone -> Main menu -> Customers – settings-> tab CDESK settings -> part Entering od CDESK requests and discussion via e-mail. On the following picture is displayed this feature disabled.

When entering new request via Easyclick, customer account or by operator to CDESK, notification e-mails are sent to all interested parties. CDESK offers an option to set the Sender’s e-mail address and is divided to several categories as you can see on following picture. Replying to this e-mail will automatically add these addresses between recipients, also with e-mail address of the assigned operator.

Setting of e-mails from CDESK can be found in Admin zone -> Main menu -> Global settings- > tab Message processing

E-mail addresses that will be shown to customer as a sender of e-mail and when replying (RE:) to e-mails from CDESK, mail of technician assigned to the customer will be included as well
