Acceptation (by customer)

At the moment when the request status is switched into the “In negotiation”, the customer receives automatically generated e-mail with notification about created proposal in request. There is a link for acceptation/denial of the offer.

Clicking on this link you will be redirected to CDESK, after logging in, you will see the request and proposal with option to accept/reject particular items of the offer. When a customer approves the offer, notification e-mail will be sent to the solver of request – this means the permission for next steps of solving the process (trade).
