Refusing the request completion

When the request status is switched to Completed, customer will receive notification e-mail with details to verify. When he is not satisfied with completion or the request wasn’t fully completed, he can use option to refuse the request completion. Also the customer without a regular CDESK account can refuse requests via the web form on CDESK portal.

Refusing is made clicking on link Refuse completion in received notification e-mail. In next step, you will be redirected to web form with an option to leave a comment and click on related button, depending if have want to log into CDESK or you just want to refuse the solution and quit. Customers without regular account must click the link Reject without logging to CM. Refusing the request completion will change the request status from “Completed” to “In progress” and system will generate an e-mail with the reason of refusing the request.

After clicking the refuse link, you will be redirected to web for, where you can write the reason of refusing and click the corresponding button to confirm the refusing.

After refusing the request, all interested parties will receive notification e-mail about this action, with details of request with new request status – in progress.
