Acceptance of completion
After changing the request status to “Completed”, customer will receive an e-mail about closing the request with details of its completion. He has tree options to do – accept or refuse the result of request with possibility of rating the operator, based on his satisfaction with provided services. Third option is to ignore this notification e-mail. If you leave it without reaction on completion within 5 working days, CDESK will consider solution of this request accepted and status will be changed to Accepted completion.
