Creating new Case

Creating new deal from menu

Navigate to the Cases page: CDESK -> Administration -> Cases(Projects) and click the button Add deal. A formular for entering a new deal will be shown.

Fill in the fields:

Customer - Choose the customer from the drop down list

Code of deal - Specific code of the deal

Request - Choose the type of request that will be created with the deal

Name of the deal - type in the name of the deal

Status - It can be set to open or close

Stage - Set the stage of the deal from the drop down list here

Type of Deal - select from the drop down list. There is a field for description right next to it

Center - choose the center

Deal coverage - Choose the deal coverage from predefined options

Billing - you can choose hourly rate, C-DESK billing structure or manual settings from billing section

Coordinator for customer - you can set coordinator for this deal

Notes for the billing deal - description of your new deal

After you fill all details, click the Save button.

 

Creating new deal from an existing request

Open the request`s details page: CDESK -> Administration -> Requests  and choose your desired request from the list. Find the Deal row and click Create a new.

Attaching request to and existing deal

This can be only if the company, that the request was created for already has an open Deal in CDESK. A link Attach to existing will appear in the row Deals.
